What we do
One process, tailored to the car
Every car goes through the same process. What changes is how far into the paint we go, and how much time the interior actually needs.
Full interior and exterior
The complete pass. Decontamination wash outside, full extraction and dress inside, and the trim brought back rather than covered up.
Exterior detail
Hand wash, clay bar to pull out the grit you can feel but not see, then a sealant so water beads instead of sitting on the paint.
Interior deep clean
Hot water extraction on carpets and cloth, leather cleaned and conditioned separately, and every vent and seam done by hand.
Paint correction
Machine polishing that removes swirls and light scratches from the clear coat instead of filling them so they reappear after two washes.
Ceramic coating
A hard cured layer over corrected paint. Washing gets easier, contaminants sit on top instead of etching in, and the gloss lasts years.
Headlight restoration
Yellowed lenses sanded back and resealed with UV protection, so you get the light output back rather than just a temporary shine.
Engine bay cleaning
Sensitive components covered, degreased by hand, then dressed. It matters at resale and it makes leaks obvious early.

Questions
Straight answers before you book
How long does a full detail take?
Most cars are three to six hours depending on size and condition. Paint correction adds a day because the polishing is done in stages. We give you a real window when we quote, not a vague morning or afternoon.
What is the difference between a detail and a car wash?
A wash removes what is loose on the surface. A detail removes what is bonded to it, then protects what is underneath. That is why it takes hours instead of minutes and why the result lasts months instead of days.
Will polishing damage my paint?
Done correctly, no. Polishing removes a few microns of clear coat to level out the scratches sitting in it. We measure the paint first, and on a thin or previously corrected panel we stop early rather than chase perfection.
Is a ceramic coating worth it?
It is if you keep your cars and wash them yourself. It makes washing far easier and holds gloss for years. It is not a force field, it will not stop a stone chip, and anyone who tells you it is scratch proof is selling you something.
Do you need my keys all day?
For a standard detail we usually have the car for the working day. For mobile jobs we work around you, and for corrections we agree a drop off and collection in advance so you are never guessing.
Can you get pet hair and smoke smell out?
Pet hair yes, almost always, though heavy cases take an extra hour and we will say so up front. Smoke depends on how long it has been in there. We will tell you honestly what we think we can achieve before you book.
