Websites built for your trade or business

Websites built to book jobs, not just pages.

Brightpage builds websites for local trades and businesses, so the customers already searching for what you do can find you and reach you.

The real problem

Word of mouth built your business. It will not scale it.

Referrals are great until they slow down. When someone searches for what you do tonight, the business that shows up on Google and makes it easy to reach them wins the customer. Not the best in town. The one that is easy to find.

  • No site, or a dead one

An outdated page loses the customer in the first few seconds, before they ever call.

  • Leads slip through the cracks

No easy way to request a quote means the ready-to-buy visitor moves on to a competitor.

  • You do not have time to fix it

You are running a business, not learning web design or babysitting an agency.

What you actually want

A site that works while you are busy working.

Not five pages and a contact form. A quiet, steady salesperson that turns the people already searching for you into inquiries, all set up in one place. Right now someone nearby is on Google looking for exactly what you do. We build your site so they can find you, trust you, and reach you easily.

Someone is searching for what you do right now.

One short conversation tells you whether your business is showing up for them, and what it would take to fix it if it is not.

How it works

Four steps. Most of the work is on us.

We write the copy, clean up your photos, set up the hosting and the domain connection, and route the leads. You register your domain in your own name, which keeps the site yours, and you approve the work.

  1. Intake

    Tell us about your business

One short intake covers your services, your area and your photos. We meet Brazos Valley owners in person for about an hour, and we work with owners elsewhere by video. We guide you through every question.

  2. Research

We research your trade or business

We study how your customers actually buy and what your local competitors do, before we design anything.

  3. Build and review

    We build. You review.

You see a real working preview, not a mockup. You get unlimited revisions for two weeks after you see it, and nothing goes live before you approve.

  4. Launch

Go live, then get submitted to Google

Launch is the website: lead form connected and site live. Submitting it to Google is part of every launch. Your Google, Bing, Facebook and Nextdoor listings follow on their own timeline, since verification is yours. Showing up in search takes days to a few weeks.

Why the research step matters

A roofing customer and a jewelry shopper do not decide the same way. We build your site around how your buyers actually choose, so it reflects the way your customers really shop for your trade or business. That is the whole difference between a website and a site built for the call and the quote request.

What you get

One place. Everything you need to be found and easy to reach.

One place for all of it. We build the site, route every lead straight to you, and set up your Google Business Profile with it. It is built for the call and the quote request first and a pretty page second.

Lead-capture forms

Quote and contact forms that email every new request to your inbox as soon as someone submits.

Click to call

A tap-to-call button on every screen, so the ready-to-book visitor reaches you in one thumb tap.

Fast and mobile first

Many of your customers will find you on a phone, often with a problem to fix today. Your site loads fast and reads clean on any screen.

Google Business Profile, in your own account

Set up inside your own Google account, or cleaned up if one already exists, with ongoing accuracy work available once that plan is open. Google runs verification and the video has to be yours, so we tell you exactly what to film.

Copy written to convert

Plain, confident words written the way your customers talk, not filler and not jargon.

One place, start to finish

Copy, photo cleanup, hosting, domain setup and lead routing, all handled here. Your part is the intake, your photos, registering your own domain, recording your Google verification video and approving the work, and we walk you through each one.

What each piece actually involves

Website Design and Build

We research your trade, write the copy, lay the page out around the one action you want a visitor to take, and build it fast and mobile first. You review a real working preview and get unlimited revisions during a two week review window. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Google Business Profile Setup

For many local trades, the Google profile matters as much as the website for calls. Setup is part of every build. We set yours up inside your own Google account, or clean up the one that already exists, and get categories, services, hours and service area matching your site exactly. Ongoing work, reviews answered, unauthorized edits reverted after confirming with you, is available separately once that plan is open.

Two honest limits. Google decides verification, not us, and the video has to be recorded by you. Ongoing work runs on manager access you grant from your own profile and can pull back at any time.

Lead Capture and Routing

Every quote request is emailed to the inbox you choose as soon as it is submitted, carrying the details you asked us to collect. Click to call sits on every screen for the people who would rather just ring you. Already use a CRM? Many can receive your leads through a connection we set up, which we quote before we start.

Nothing waits in a dashboard you never log into. You get the lead while they are still deciding.

Ongoing Updates and Support

Sites drift. Photos go stale, services change, hours move. Once monthly plans are open, an ongoing plan covers a set number of small content updates each month, so you send one email instead of learning a page builder.

Optional and month to month. Cancelling never takes your site offline or touches your domain.

Our work

Real work for a real client, live today.

We would rather show you real work than make claims. This is a real client with a real live site, not a mockup.

Sample designs for four trades

Open any of these as a full working site and scroll it the way your customer would, before you commit to anything.

Your trade is not one of these four? Good, because none of them would be right for you anyway. We research your trade before we design a page, so your site gets built around how your customers actually buy, not around a layout borrowed from somebody else's business.

Client feedback

What it is like to work with us.

In the words of a local painting contractor whose site we built and launched.

Preston and his team did a great job developing my website and making the process so smooth and easy. Everything that was important that I wanted to showcase on my website is now up on there. My website is visible on Google, which is important to my business. Overall, very professional and great experience working with Preston

You stay in control

A website process you can steer.

Four ways you decide the outcome.

Nothing goes live for the first time until you approve it.

We put our clients first. Your input and the specifics of your business are the top priority in every build, from the first call to the final check. You see the finished site, you request changes through a two week review period, and it only goes live once you have approved it. After launch, we only change your site when you ask or approve.

In front of you within 10 business days.

Your preview is in front of you within 10 business days of your completed intake, meaning once you have sent everything we asked for. Your written agreement says what happens if we miss it.

You own your domain and hosting from day one.

We ask you to register the domain yourself, in your own name, and that is deliberate. It means the domain and the hosting account are yours and never ours, so nothing can be held over you and there is no lock-in. Some web shops register the domain in their own name, which makes it harder to leave. The finished site is yours once your final payment clears, and if you ever want to take it elsewhere, it goes with you.

An honest fit call, not a sales pitch.

The first conversation is about your business, not closing you. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you somewhere better instead of pushing you into something that will not work.

The fit call is where we work out which of these your business actually needs, and what it costs. No obligation either way.

Straight answers

Questions owners actually ask.

I already have a website. Why would I switch?+

A lot of small business sites were built to look nice rather than to book jobs. If yours is slow, hard to use on a phone, or does not make it dead simple to request a quote or call, it is costing you leads every week. We build for the job, not just the look.

I get all my work from referrals. Do I even need this?+

Referrals are your best leads, and a good site makes them convert faster. When someone hears your name, the first thing they do is look you up. If they find a clean site that shows your work and makes it easy to reach you, the referral closes. If they find nothing, they hesitate.

How long does it take?+

Your site is built and in front of you within 10 business days of your completed intake. That part is on us and it is the deadline we hold ourselves to. We move fast because we start from a proven template rather than a blank page, then tailor it to your trade.

Going live from there depends on two things only you can do, registering your domain and giving us the go ahead, so an owner who moves quickly can be live within three to four weeks of the first call.

One more thing worth knowing before anyone promises you otherwise. Being live and being findable on Google are not the same. We submit your site to Google as part of every launch, and it usually takes days to a few weeks to appear in search. Google decides when and whether pages appear. Local ranking builds over months. Nobody can honestly sell you a position, and anyone who does is guessing.

What do you need from me?+

Five things, and we send them to you as one package at the start rather than dripping them out over weeks.

A call about your business. A short intake form. A few real photos of your work. Registering your domain in your own name, which takes a few minutes and costs a small yearly fee paid straight to the registrar, plus a free account with the host so you can invite us in as a collaborator. And your approval at two points, once on the design and once before it goes live.

One more thing, and it is not optional. Every build includes a Google Business Profile, and Google requires the business owner to record the verification video personally, live and unedited. We tell you exactly what to film, we help you read and respond if Google asks for a re record or more information, and Google makes the final decision. A suspension or an appeal is outside the build.

You also add us to your Google profile as a manager, which you can remove at any time, and you create your Facebook Page and Nextdoor page in your own accounts with our step by step guidance.

Everything else is ours. The copy, the design, the build, the hosting and domain setup, the search setup and the lead routing.

Do I own my site and my domain?+

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and your account from day one, and the finished site is yours once your final payment clears. There is no lock-in and nothing is held hostage.

What does it cost?+

We quote after we have seen your trade and what your current presence looks like. The call is free and carries no obligation.

The build is a one time project. Monthly plans for owners who want the site kept current or the Google listing watched are available separately once they open. They are optional, month to month, with no long term commitment and no cancellation fee.

The useful way to weigh it is against your own average job. If your site brings in even one job like that, it can go a long way toward paying for itself.

What if I do not like it?+

You review a real, working preview before anything goes live. It is built and in front of you within 10 business days, and then you get unlimited revisions for two weeks, starting the day you see it. If we are slow turning a revision around, the window extends by the same amount. Your site does not go live for the first time until you approve the design, and the finished site is delivered once your payment is complete.
