An estimate, not a quote. The real number depends on the roof's condition, materials chosen and what we find once we are up there, and we confirm it in writing before any work starts.

After a storm

Missing shingles today become a wet ceiling at the next rain

Storm damage is easiest to fix in the first few days, before water gets under the underlayment. Tell us what you can see from the ground and get a straight answer on whether it needs a repair or nothing at all.

What we do

Roofing services, done one crew at a time

From a single leak to a full tear off, one crew handles the inspection, a written repair scope and the install, so you are not managing three different companies.

Full roof replacement

A complete tear off down to the deck, not a layover. Rotten decking gets replaced and shown to you before it is covered back up.

Roof repair

Leaks, missing shingles, cracked flashing and wind damage. Most repairs are diagnosed and fixed in a single visit.

Roof inspection

A full walk of the roof with photos, for a home purchase or just peace of mind before storm season.

Storm damage inspection

We document the damage with photos, write up a repair scope, and give you a straight answer on what needs fixing now.

Gutter installation

Seamless gutters sized to actually move water off your roof, sloped correctly the first time so they do not pool or overflow.

Flashing and skylight repair

Most roof leaks start at a flashing or skylight seam, not in the middle of a shingle field. That is where we look first.

Why homeowners pick us

A roof that is actually finished when we say it is

  • A written estimate before any work starts, held for 30 days, no reassessment on the day
  • Rotten decking is shown to you before it gets covered back up, never just billed after the fact
  • A magnetic nail sweep of the yard and driveway before the crew leaves
  • Photos of the finished roof, from the ground and from up top, sent the same day
  • We arrive in the window we gave you, or we call before it closes

Questions

Straight answers before you sign anything

Do I need a full replacement or just a repair?

It depends on the roof's age and how widespread the damage is. As a rule of thumb, if a repair would cost more than about half of a full replacement, replacement is usually the better long term value. We will give you both numbers and an honest recommendation, not just the bigger one.

What do you do after storm damage?

We inspect the roof, document the damage with photos, and give you a written repair scope and price, so you know what needs fixing now and what can wait.

How long does a full replacement take?

Most single family homes are a one day tear off and install, weather permitting. Larger or more complex roofs can run two days. We will give you a specific window when we quote it.

Do I need to be home during the work?

No. As long as we have access to the property and a driveway or yard area for the dumpster and material delivery, you do not need to be there. We send photos when the job is finished.

What happens to the nails and old materials?

Old shingles and debris go straight into a dumpster or trailer, and we run a magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway before we leave. You should not be finding roofing nails in your lawn a week later.

What warranty do you offer?

Materials carry the manufacturer's own warranty, and our labor is covered separately. Exact terms depend on the product line you choose, and we put both in writing before you sign anything.
