1. Who we are

Brightpage Studios designs and builds websites for local service businesses. We operate from Texas.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, your business name if you give one, your email address, your phone number if you give one, a short description of what you need, and your preferred contact time if you give one. The form also carries a hidden field that helps block automated spam submissions and does not collect anything about you.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically logs standard web server information for every visitor, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of the request. This is a normal part of running any website and it happens whether or not you fill out the form.

Site analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy focused measurement service from our hosting provider. It reports page views, the page you came from, your approximate country, your browser and device type, and how quickly pages load, as aggregate numbers about the site as a whole. It sets no cookies, uses no other client side tracking method such as local storage, and does not follow you to other websites. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising tracker on this site. We set no cookies of our own anywhere on this site. A service we use, such as our contact form provider, may set its own cookie on its own domain when you submit the form; that cookie is never set on our domain.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information from the contact form for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the call or service you asked about. We do not use it to build a marketing list, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond responding to what you asked us.

Automatically collected server log information is used only to run, secure, and troubleshoot this website.

4. Who processes your information

We use a small number of outside services to run this site and handle your submission. We do not run our own servers or our own form backend; these providers process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms receives and processes the contact form submission and delivers it to our inbox. Web3Forms is a third party form processing service; your submission passes through their systems to reach us.
• Cloudflare hosts this website, provides the underlying infrastructure and basic security protections (such as blocking automated spam submissions), and runs Cloudflare Web Analytics, the site measurement tool described in Section 2. Cloudflare processes this information under its own Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google, so Google necessarily sees your IP address and browser type when it serves them.
• We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising tracker on this site.

We do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason. We do not share it with any party other than the two named above, except if required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of business inquiries, and we delete or anonymize submissions we no longer need. Server logs are retained by Cloudflare according to their standard hosting practices.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have from you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello.brightpagestudios@gmail.com and we will respond.

If we ever email you following up on your inquiry, every email will include a way to ask us to stop. We do not send marketing email blasts from this list.

7. Where this policy applies

This website and this policy are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, where Brightpage operates.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
